I run The Listening Space Counselling. I didn't come into counselling with a plan; I came because I wanted to understand myself, and my own therapy gave me something I hadn't always had: a space to be heard, without judgement. Warm, steady and down to earth, I offer a calm space where you can come exactly as you are, with no pressure and no expectations, just time to talk and be heard.
